Your Horizon Provider may order lab tests during routine check-ups to see if there have been changes in your health since your last visit. Lab test are often used to diagnose medical conditions, evaluate treatments and monitor diseases. Horizon can provide diagnostic laboratory services for our patients’ ease and convenience. 

We partner with most major commercial laboratories in Arizona. Your Provider may order lab tests for a variety of reasons including diagnostic testing, prevention, disease management and treatment. Most of the lab tests are performed in our clinics by your Horizon Care Team. We are here to guide you through the whole process.
